About Ray of Hope Missions
Our Mission:
"Give a man a fish, you feed him for a day.... teach a man to fish, you feed him for a lifetime"
Mission Statement:
Our mission is to recognize and address the needs of those who are struggling within our community and assist them in their efforts to provide for themselves and their families both physically and spiritually.

About Us:
Ray of Hope Mission Center opened its doors in 1997 as a vision to help families and individuals to become self-sufficient.
We offer short term assistance to those who are unemployed or need emergency assistance.
Long term assistance consists of those who are elderly, disabled or working families/individuals who need supplemental help.

We provide services to individuals who reside in Western Cecil County.
Our Food Pantry has many customers who will always require assistance because their incomes are inadequate for their needs; these include the elderly, disabled, and others attempting to survive on fixed incomes.

We also assist families who have lost everything in fires or natural disasters and we assist victims of domestic violence to get to safety.
